Returns
- You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at sathyabamashoppingmall@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement.
- Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
