At Sathyabama Silks, we are committed to delivering high-quality silk products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at sathyabamashoppingmall@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement.
  • Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
